Tico Clasico LLC respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data. In line with this commitment, we have established the following policy for the use of our SMS messaging service. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and manage your phone numbers.

Data Collection

We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form only when you voluntarily provide it during transactions or when making business inquiries. You can opt in to receive these SMS messages either by clicking on the appropriate box on the checkout page or on the contact form. 

Data Usage

We use your data solely for standard notifications about customers’ purchases, customer support and to communicate and answer business-related inquiries, which may include order, product and business information.

Data Security

We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention

We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

USE OF PHONE NUMBERS FOR SMS

Your phone numbers are primarily used to provide you with account alerts for standard notifications about customers purchases, customer support and to communicate and answer business-related inquiries, which may include order, product and business information.  SMS message frequency varies, but you may receive up to 4 messages per week. By registering, you agree to receive account alerts related to standard notifications about customer purchases, customer support, and to communicate and answer business-related inquiries, which may include order, product, and business information. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited testing plan.

We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy.  We use Grasshopper to send all SMS communications to users who have opted in. Please view Grasshoppers privacy policy here  www.goto.com with information on how they use user information.

Data Sharing RESTRICTIONS

We do not share your personal or mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances, even with your consent. Data sharing is strictly limited to the purposes necessary for providing our services. We will not transfer your personal data to any external organization under any circumstances. We have strict internal policies and technical measures in place to prevent unauthorized sharing or access to your data.

After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed, and we will remove your number from our list within 72 hours.

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Tico Clasico LLC will not sell, rent or share the collected mobile numbers.

Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages, nor will we sell or transfer your phone number to another party.
